- The Controllers can be contacted by email at ado@logart.com.pl, by phone at +48 22 2442994 or by traditional mail at ul. Smolna 38/3, 00-375 Warszawa (with “ADO” added on the envelope).
- The Controllers may process your data for the purposes of current and future: recruitment services, temporary employment agency services, outsourcing services. Your consent is required for your data to be processed for the above purposes. If you would like to consent to your personal data being processed only in relation to the current recruitment project, please email us at the address provided in pt. 2 or at ado@logart.com.pl, with the title: “Consent restriction”, and containing the following: “I do not consent to my personal data being processed as part of future recruitment projects. First and last name”.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
- Personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes of recruitment and hiring for positions offered by the Controllers and their business partners.
- Should you consent to participate in the current and future recruitment projects, your personal data will be stored for 10 years from the date of application, or until the consent is withdrawn.
- The Controllers may share your personal data to employers for whom they render recruitment services and partnered entities for purposes related to recruitment and employment. In addition, personal data may also be made available to relevant state authorities if required by them based on the relevant provisions.
- The Controllers do not intend to share your personal data with entities located in third countries or international organisations.
- You have the right to demand that the Controllers grant you access to your data, to rectify, complete or erase them, as well as the right to restrict their processing.
- No automated decisions concerning you, including decisions resulting from profiling, will be made based on your personal data by the Controllers.
